Kapan University Singapore required students to resume face-to-face learning by end of April 2022. All students are required to attend classes, assessments and if applicable, laboratory sessions, as scheduled on campus.

For international students currently living abroad and undertaking distance learning:
• They must be in Singapore by 31 August 2022
• If they do not currently have a Student's Pass, the PM team will contact them by May 2022 regarding the procedures and documents required for their application.
• After the Student's Pass is approved, they will receive the Principal's Approval Letter from the ICA.
• Students then need to make their own travel arrangements to Singapore
• Upon arrival in Singapore, Kaplan will help them make an online appointment to collect the Student's Pass at the ICA in Singapore
Upon returning to campus, students are expected to:
• Vaccination status checks will be carried out at the Safe Entry Station
• Keep in touch 10 people per group on campus
• Students must wear masks at all times
